Datum Legal utilizes IPRO Scan Premium and Fujitsu
scanners to deliver perfect images every time. Our production
centers are designed to capture millions of pages each
month. Scanning services include three levels of quality
control, document prep & reassembly, customized
prep sheets, folder description, physical or logical
document determination. Optical Character Recognition
(OCR) allows scanned images to become text based files
and allows users to search for key words or phrases.
These files can be used in today's popular document
management systems such as Dataflight's Concordance®,
JFS Litigator's Notebook®, Summation®, Ringtail,
Introspect, etc.
Our consultants will meet with your team to develop
the coding manual. We provide standard bibliographic
and in-text coding which can be done both domestically
and off-shore. We can also create customized prep sheets
that can capture up to 120 fields at scan time.
